Portugal uses an ISO QWERTY board with Ç to the right of L, the guillemets « » at the end of the number row, and the ordinal indicators º ª beside Ç. The accents ´ `, ~ ^ and ¨ are dead keys next to Enter, \ | is the top-left key and @ € £ § are AltGr combinations on 2, 3, 4 and 5. Enter is the tall two-row shape and an extra < > key sits beside the left Shift.
Go through all rows, then check the three dead-key accent switches individually — the tester registers each physical press right away, even though a dead key shows nothing until the next letter. Hold Shift on the number row for ! " # $ % & / ( ) = and AltGr on 2–5 for the currency and symbol layer. The ISO-only keys < and ~ (beside Enter) are the ones to double-check.
Brazilian keyboards (ABNT2) put Ç in the same place but have a second extra key left of the right Shift for / ?, put ' " top-left and use different symbol positions. If your keyboard has that extra key beside the right Shift, use the ABNT2 keyboard tester.
