Turkish Q keeps the QWERTY letters and adds the Turkish characters on the right side: Ğ Ü right of P, Ş İ right of L, and Ö Ç where US boards have the comma and period. The dotted İ and dotless ı are separate: the key labelled I types ı in lowercase, while the dotted i is the key beside Ş. The number row ends with * ? and - _, the top-left key is " é, and AltGr provides @ € ₺ £ { [ ] } \ |. The board is ISO with a tall Enter, a , ; key beside it and < > | next to the left Shift.
Type every row and make sure the six Turkish letter keys light up individually. Check the number row with Shift held for ! ' ^ + % & / ( ) =, then AltGr with Q, E, T and the digits. The comma key beside Enter and the < key beside Shift are ISO-only switches. If a key shows a count of two after a single tap, its switch is bouncing and should be cleaned or replaced.
Turkish F is a different layout designed for typing speed in Turkish, with vowels on the left home row. It is much rarer than Q and uses the same physical ISO board, so you can test an F-printed keyboard on this page: the keys light up in the same positions, only the printed legends differ.
